David M. Crissman is an Associate at Montgomery Crissman.  Mr. Crissman concentrates his practice on civil litigation, with a focus on contractual and property disputes, construction defects, insurance coverage, family law, oil and gas law, landlord/tenant issues, and personal injury claims.  Mr. Crissman regularly advises clients on a variety of personal and corporate transactional matters including: financing, leasing, title, development, purchasing and selling of real estate, drafting and negotiating residential and commercial leases,  LLC and Corporation formation, and structuring transactions involving business entities.

David M. Crissman graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh, and received his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law.  While at Duquense Law, Mr. Crissman wrote for the Business Law Journal, Volume 14, was a member of the Corporate Law Society, and served as a representative in the Student Bar Association.

Mr. Crissman is a resident of Butler, Pennsylvania.  In his spare time, Mr. Crissman enjoys coaching, reffing, and playing soccer, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
